Flower Basket Brazilian Embroidery - Blumenkörbchen

I've got plenty of time and that's what I'm doing during my foot is hopefully healing. Since yesterday there is new snow in the nothern part of Germany and with this flower basket I 'll try to elicit the springtime.

Ich habe sooooo viel Zeit und das mache ich, während mein Fuß hoffentlich bald heilt. Seit gestern liegt Neuschnee hier im Norden und mit dem Blumenkorb will ich den Frühling ein wenig anlocken.

OUT OF THE BOX BLOCK #2

Ich habe den Bienenkorb, die Biene, die Gießkanne und die dazugehörige Pflanze gewählt. Ich entscheide mich doch mehr für das Sticken, weil's eben mein Ding ist. Den Schnickschnack mit Spitze lasse ich doch besser weg.

I've chosen the beehive, the bee, the watering can and the little plant that must still grow a while. I decided that embroidery is more my style without any frills exept some little buttons.

Ich habe den Sonntag genutzt um endlich mit Heikes Gartenjahr abzuschließen. Der Entwurf stammt auch wieder von Gudrun, ganz lieben Dank dafür und einen dicken Knuffler.

Todays sunday I finished Heikes Gardenyear. The draft version is from Gudrun again, therefor Thank You and a big hug to Gudrun.

Zwischenbericht

Meinem Fuß geht es jetzt nach der OP wieder etwas besser, ich bin zwar noch ein bisschen 'BIGFOOT', aber das wird auch noch. Durch das Krückenlaufen tut mittlereile der Oberkörper mehr weh als der Fuß!!!

Interim report

My foot feels a little bit better after the surgery, I'm still 'BIGFOOT' but I'm in good shape. From the walk on crutches my upper body hurts more than the foot!!!
